Our story

Built by owners, for owners.

Drew and I started Tropical Vacation Rentals because we know first-hand how challenging it can be taking possession of a new property from abroad. When we began setting up his space for short-term rentals, my local presence afforded us opportunities we knew could benefit other owners purchasing from abroad.

It started with one unit.

Drew was amongst the first to close on his Samsara listing in Tulum, a process that was far from clear and straight-forward.

We already had a system.

Drew is a full-time real estate investor with two successful STR rentals in Hawaii. In 2024, we built a system around those listings that saves time and money while keeping guests happy.

We wanted a manager who cared.

Drew was struggling to find a property management firm that cared about his property as much as they did about their bottom line. So TVR Management was born.
