Interior Design That Goes Beyond Aesthetics.
As we furnished our own properties, we quickly discovered a reality that many property owners face. Between unreliable suppliers, inconsistent quality, shipping delays, and limited sourcing options, creating an interior that truly feels unique is often far more challenging than it should be.
As we explored more rental properties, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Many homes looked remarkably alike. The same furniture, the same color palettes, and the same layouts, not always because of a lack of inspiration or experience, but largely because the market naturally pushes property owners in that direction.
We decided to take a different path.
Rather than relying on standardized furniture packages or following short-lived design trends, we carefully source distinctive materials and select pieces with character.
Every project is designed around warmth, comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance, brought to life through layered textures and a color palette that looks just as beautiful in photographs as it does in real life.
We believe great interior design should do far more than simply look beautiful. It should create an atmosphere, evoke emotion, and, from the very first moment, give guests the feeling of being at home.

OUR STANDARDS

Many travelers look for the comfort of home when they're away, yet most vacation rentals fall short when it comes to amenities. No oven, no dishwasher, very few kitchen utensils or everyday essentials (seasonings, towels, aluminum...). As soon as they arrive, they have to head back out to buy what they need instead of simply enjoying their stay.
With TVR, we make sure every stay feels effortless. Everything is already in place so guests can settle in comfortably from the moment they arrive. From a simple corkscrew to beach accessories, they'll find everything they would expect in a home that has been lived in for years. In fact, the comment we hear most often is: « Our favorite part was the equipment. »
We're not just talking about what even luxury hotels provide: toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, and bath towels. We're talking about anticipating every detail a guest might need, whether for everyday living or unexpected moments.
For those who cook:
plenty of tableware, stainless-steel cookware, and quality kitchen utensils, down to the smallest detail (from a grater and a citrus juicer to a can opener).
All the essential pantry staples are already there upon your arrival (avocado oil, salt, pepper...), along with the important everyday items that are so often forgotten (baking paper, paper towels, dish soap...)
No small appliance has been overlooked (blender, coffee maker, grill...). With a fully featured refrigerator, freezer, and oven, the property is fully tailored for living in, even over longer periods.

We draft a vision board and an essentials checklist for your approval. Sometimes we nail it on the first try, either way, you're in the driver's seat.
Fund & living ledger
Once the style and shopping list are agreed, you fund the project and get access to a Living Ledger that tracks your balance against our expenses.
